摘要
高血压病是以外周循环动脉压力增高为主要临床表现的心血管综合征,眩晕为其主要临床表现之一。高血压性眩晕属中医学“眩晕”的范畴,结合其发病特点及临床实践观察,多以肝、脾、肾三脏为基础,风、火、痰、瘀、虚等常相兼为病,尤以痰为主。辨病辨证论治高血压性眩晕——痰热上扰证,当以益气养血、镇静安神、化痰息风为法,标本兼顾,因此选取同仁牛黄清心丸治疗高血压性眩晕。文章总结应用体会,以期为高血压性眩晕的中医治疗提供思路。
Hypertension is a cardiovascular syndrome with increased peripheral arterial pressure as the main clinical manifestation and vertigo as one of the main clinical manifestations.It belongs to the category of“vertigo”of traditional Chinese medicine.Combined with its pathogenesis characteristics and clinical practice observation,it is mostly based on the three viscera of liver,spleen and kidney.Wind,fire,phlegm,blood stasis and deficiency are often combined as diseases,especially phlegm.The treatment of hypertensive vertigo phlegm-heat invading upward syndrome by disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation should be based on the methods of invigorating qi and nourishing blood,calming and calming the mind,eliminating phlegm and eliminating wind.Therefore,Tongren Niuhuang Qingxin pills were selected to treat hypertensive vertigo.This article summarized the application experience,in order to provide ideas for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hypertensive vertigo.
