热敏灸配合埋针治疗周围性面瘫护理观察

Thermal Sensitive Moxibustion Combined with Needle Embedding in the Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的探讨热敏灸配合埋针治疗周围性面瘫的护理应用及临床效果。方法选取60例周围性面瘫患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用普通针刺、电针治疗及护理干预;观察组采用热敏灸配合埋针治疗及护理干预。观察比较2组治愈时间、面部残疾指数躯体功能(FDIP)评分、生活质量、临床疗效及House-Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能改善情况。结果观察组治愈时间显著短于对照组,FDIP评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组H-B面神经功能评分显著优于对照组、生活质量改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率为96.67%(29/30),显著优于对照组的73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05)。结论热敏灸配合埋针治疗,并给予有效的护理,可有效促进周围性面瘫患者面部功能恢复、H-B面神经功能提升及生活质量的提升,效果较好,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect and nursing application of thermal sensitive moxibustion combined with needle embedding in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods Sixty patients with peripheral facial paralysis were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture,electroacupuncture and nursing intervention.The observation group was treated with heat thermal moxibustion combined with acupuncture and nursing intervention.The healing time,facial disability index Body function score(FDIP),quality of life,clinical efficacy and improvement of House-Brackmann(H-B)facial nerve function were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the FDIP score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,H-B facial nerve function score and quality of life improvement in observation group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was significantly better than that of the control group(73.33%,22/30)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of thermal moxibustion combined with needle embedding and effective nursing in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis can effectively promote the recovery of patients’facial function,the improvement of H-B facial nerve function and the improvement of quality of life,has significantly clinical curative effect,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
