摘要
目的探讨穴位贴敷联合振动排痰用于痰浊壅肺证喘病机械通气患者的护理效果。方法选择2022年1月—2022年6月九江市中医医院收治的166例痰浊壅肺证喘病机械通气患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规治疗,包括床头抬高、气道湿化、口腔护理、及时吸痰等。观察组在对照组治疗基础上加穴位贴敷联合振动排痰。运用观察性研究方法,对患者进行对比性研究,观察2组护理效果。结果观察组总有效率为87.95%(73/83),明显优于对照组的77.11%(64/83),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合振动排痰用于痰浊壅肺证喘病机械通气患者的护理效果显著,操作可行性强,患者易于接受,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of acupoint application combined with vibratory sputum expulsion in mechanically ventilated asthmatic patients with pattern of phlegm-turbid obstructing lung syndrome.Methods A total of 166 patients with mechanical ventilation of phlegm-turbidity obstructing lung syndrome asthmatics treated in Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,including bedside elevation,airway humidification,oral care,timely sputum aspiration,etc.The observation group was treated acupoint application combined with vibration expectoration on the basis of control group.Using the observational study method,the nursing effect of the two groups were obseved.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.95%(73/83),which was significantly better than that of the control group(77.11%,64/83),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with vibration expectoration for mechanical ventilation patients with phlegm turbidity obstructing lung syndrome has significant nursing effect,strong operational feasibility,easy to be accepted by patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
