中医院校护生的中医药自信度及其影响因素研究

Study on the Confidence of Nursing Students in Traditional Chinese Medicine Colleges and Its Influencing Factors

以山西中医药大学为例,采用抽样调查法,随机抽取该校护理学院2017级—2021级的在校大学生、在校实习生、毕业生(在读研究生、临床护士、其他健康领域工作人员)480名为研究对象,通过问卷调查,了解其中医药自信度及影响因素。结果发现不同角色的护生中医药自信度没有明显差异,均表现为中医药自信度明显不足。其影响因素主要与护生的培养计划和就业导向有关,具体归因于中医护理相关课程课时少、内容多,强化训练不够,见习实习不足,就业导向以西医医院为主;归纳为中医理论基础薄弱、中医护理技能不熟练、学习中医护理的主观能动性不足、不够了解中医护理就业前景等方面。

Taking Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine as an example,480 college students,interns and graduates(graduate students,clinical nurses and staff in other health fields)from 2017 to 2021 were randomly selected as the research objects.Through the questionnaire survey,the authors understood the medical confidence and influencing factors.The results showed that there was no significant difference in TCM self-confidence among nursing students with different roles,which showed that they were obviously lack of TCM self-confidence.The influencing factors are mainly related to the training plan and employment orientation of nursing students,which is specifically attributed to the less class hours and more contents of TCM nursing related courses,insufficient intensive training,insufficient internship and practice,and the employment orientation is dominated by Western medicine hospitals.It can be summarized as weak theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine,unskilled nursing skills of traditional Chinese medicine,insufficient subjective initiative in learning traditional Chinese medicine nursing,and insufficient understanding of the employment prospect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing.
