摘要
球阀在含沙水介质中工作时容易因磨损过大而失效。为了解球阀在含沙水介质中的磨损情况,采用CFD-DEM方法建立了球阀在含沙水介质下的数值仿真模型,探讨了球阀开启范围、沙粒半径和水流速度对球阀磨损的影响规律,分析了球阀的磨损位置分布。结果表明:球阀的总磨损量随着开启范围的增大而减小;沙粒粒径和水流速度越大,总磨损量越大;磨损位置主要集中在球阀流通处附近,并在靠近流道出口区域产生局部磨损。
Ball valves are prone to failure due to excessive wear when working in sandy water medium.In order to understand the wear process of ball valve in sandy water medium,the numerical simulation model of ball valve in sandy water medium was established by using the CFD-DEM(Computational Fluid Dynamics-Discrete Element Method).The influence of opening range,sand radius and water velocity on the wear of ball valve was explored,and the wear position distribution was analyzed.The results show that the total wear amount of ball valve decreases with the increase of the opening range,and the larger the sand size and the water velocity,the greater the total wear amount.The wear position is mainly concentrated near the overflow of ball valve,and local wear occurs near the outlet of flow channel.
