Characteristics and efficiency improvement path of Suzhou intelligentmanufacturing industry innovation consortium construction

文章研究表明,苏州在创新联合体建设实践中,充分发挥智能制造领军企业的主体引导作用,紧紧抓住领军企业、领军人才这一关键,取得了很好的效果,但也面临多元主体协同效率不高、成果难转化、收益分配激励不匹配等制约创新协同的痛点。必须从政策供给、项目支持、建设生态等方面构建好合作机制,才能充分发挥有为政府和有效市场的引导、推动作用,提高创新联合体整体效能。

This article shows that,in the process of building an innovation consortium,Suzhou has fully played the guiding role of leading enterprises in intelligent manufacturing,firmly grasping the key of leading enterprises and talents,and achieved good results.At the same time,there are also pain points that constrain innovation collaboration,such as low efficiency of multi entity collaboration,difficulty in converting achievements,and mismatched incentives for income distribution.We must establish a good cooperation mechanism from policy supply,project support,ecological environment,and other aspects in order to fully leverage the guiding role of the government,effectively promote the market,and improve the overall efficiency of the innovation consortium.
