摘要
应用型本科高校是科技创新人才培养的重要基地,肩负着为国家培养创新型人才的重要使命。文章探讨了应用型本科高校大学生科技创新活动对人才培养的价值、大学生科技创新能力影响因素以及提升策略。研究显示,大学生科技创新活动对人才培养的价值体现在提升专业实践能力、科研创新能力、人际交往能力,培养科学精神与团队精神,提高再深造潜力与就业实力。大学生科技创新能力受到高校教育因素、学生个体因素及外部环境因素的影响,从建立相应保障机制、树立以创新型能力培养为目标的培养理念、加强实验室和实践基地建设、打造创新型师资队伍、完善利于大学生创新能力发展的创新激励机制、加强科技创新校园文化的建设等方面提出相应的大学生科技创新能力提升策略。
Application-oriented undergraduate colleges are important bases for the cultivation of scientific and technological innovation talents,shouldering the important mission of cultivating innovative talents for the country.This paper discusses the value of undergraduates’scientific and technological innovation activities for talent cultivation,the factors influencing students’scientific and technological innovation ability and the strategies for improving them in application-oriented colleges.The research shows that talent training value of undergraduates’scientific and technological innovation activities is reflected in the improvement of professional practice ability,scientific research innovation ability,interpersonal communication ability,the cultivation of scientific spirit and team spirit,and the improvement of further study potential and employability.The undergraduates’scientific and technological innovation capability is affected by educational factors,individual factors and external environmental factors.This paper proposes the following strategies to improve undergraduates’scientific and technological innovation capability:establish guarantee mechanism,setting up the cultivation concept aiming at the cultivation of innovative ability,strengthen the construction of laboratories and practice bases,create an innovative faculty,improve the innovation incentive mechanism,strengthening the construction of campus culture of scientific and technological innovation.
