基于CNKI文献计量分析高校图书馆读者服务研究现状研究

Bibliometric analysis of research on reader services in university libraries based on CNKI

为分析国内高校图书馆读者服务的研究现状,文章以中国知网数据库2013—2022年高校图书馆读者服务研究文献为研究数据,运用文献计量方法从该领域文献的发文量、文献来源期刊、作者分布、研究机构、基金论文及论文关键词等方面对文献数据进行可视化分析。结果表明:2013—2022年间有关国内高校图书馆读者服务的研究文献共2819篇;发文量最多的期刊为《内蒙古科技与经济》;发文量最多的作者和机构分别为何德兵和内蒙古财经大学;研究获得基金的资助占比18.86%;由高被引论文和关键词网络共现结果可知,当前高校图书馆读者服务研究热点为参考咨询、创新型服务、阅读推广及网络信息服务等方面。

To analyze the current research status of reader service in domestic university libraries,the article takes the research literature on reader service in university libraries from 2013 to 2022 in the journal database of CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure)as research data,and uses bibliometric methods to visually analyze the literature data from the aspects of publication volume,source journals,author distribution,research institutions,funded papers,and paper keywords in this field.The results indicate that there were 2819 research papers on reader services in domestic university libraries from 2013 to 2022.The journal with the highest number of publications is Inner Mongolia Science and Technology and Economy.The authors and institutions with the highest number of publications are He Debing and Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics.The proportion of research funding received is 18.86%.According to the co-occurrence results of highly cited papers and keyword networks,it can be seen that the current research hotspots of reader services in university libraries are reference consulting,innovative services,reading promotion,and online information services.
