教师团队异质性对学生在线学习满意度的影响机制研究——自主学习能力的调节作用

摘要 在线教育模式在高校的融合创新发展成为必然趋势。基于310份学生样本调查数据,实证研究了教师团队异质性对学生在线学习满意度的影响机制,分析了在线学习投入的中介作用以及自主学习能力的调节效应。结果表明:教师团队异质性正向影响学生在线学习满意度;在线学习投入在教师团队异质性与在线学习满意度之间起部分中介作用;自主学习能力正向调节了在线学习投入与在线学习满意度之间的关系;自主学习能力在教师团队异质性与在线学习满意度之间的调节效应是通过在线学习投入的中介起作用。在此基础上,文章提出相应的教学建议。 The integration and innovative development of online education models in colleges and universities has become an inevitable trend.Based on 310 student sample survey data,this study empirically investigates the influence mechanism of teacher team heterogeneity on students'satisfaction with online learning,analyzes the mediating effect of online learning investment and the moderating effect of self-learning ability.The results indicate that teacher team heterogeneity positively affects students'satisfaction with online learning,online learning investment plays a partial mediating role between teacher team heterogeneity and online learning satisfaction,self-directed learning ability positively regulates the relationship between online learning engagement and online learning satisfaction,the moderating effect of self-directed learning ability between teacher team heterogeneity and online learning satisfaction is mediated by online learning investment.On this basis,the article proposes corresponding teaching suggestions.
