乡村教师乡土情怀:价值意蕴与培养路径 被引量:1

摘要 乡村教师队伍建设是推动乡村教育治理体系和治理能力现代化,助力乡村教育振兴与发展的重要抓手。而乡土情怀是支撑乡村教师坚守和奉献乡村的关键,具有扎根乡村教育的动力源泉、推动乡村教育振兴的精神支柱、融入乡村文化的坚实基础的价值。然而,乡村教师乡土情怀的培养却面临着乡村教师将乡村任教视为“临时跳板”、乡村教师“去乡土化”、乡村教师付出回报失衡、乡村女教师婚恋难题加剧向城流动等现实困境。因此,乡村教师乡土情怀的培养需要落实乡村教师相关政策、给予乡村教师较多的人文关怀、强化乡村教师乡土文化的学习,以加强乡村教师队伍建设。 The construction of rural teachers is an important channel to promote the modernization of rural education governance system and governance capability,which assists the revitalization and development of rural education.The local feelings is the key factor to support rural teachers to stick and dedicate in the countryside,serving as the source of power of rooting in rural education,the spiritual pillar of promoting rural education revitalization,and a solid foundation for integrating into rural culture.However,the cultivation of rural teachers'local feelings is facing some practical difficulties where rural teachers regarding rural teaching as a"temporary springboard",rural teachers'"delocalization",rural teachers'imbalanced returns from efforts,the difficulty in marriage of rural female teachers have aggravated and forces them flow to cities.Therefore,the cultivation of rural teachers'local sentiments requires implementing relevant policies for rural teachers,providing them with more humanistic care,and strengthening their learning of local culture,so as to strengthen the construction of rural teachers.
