雷火灸治疗频率对MGD型干眼治疗疗效的影响观察

Effect of thunder-fire moxibustion frequency on meibomian gland dysfunction type dry eye treatment

目的探讨雷火灸治疗频率对MGD型干眼治疗疗效的影响。方法将2021-12/2022-10就诊的MGD型干眼患者随机分为A、B、C三组各30例。分别给予雷火灸治疗A组每周1次,B组每周2次,C组每日1次。比较治疗后三组的干眼主观症状评分、OSDI评分、眼表临床体征评分、SIT。结果A、B、C三组有效率依次为73.3%、86.7%、96.7%,治疗后C组和A组、B组和A组的主观症状评分及SIT比较均P<0.05;C组和A组、C组和B组的OSDI评分及临床体征评分比较均P<0.05。结论三种频率雷火灸治疗对MGD型干眼患者均有一定疗效,MGD较轻的患者可每周施灸2次,而已出现睑缘形态异常改变、睑板腺开口阻塞或睑板腺分泌物较黏稠的患者每日施灸1次疗效更佳。

Objective To investigate the effect of the frequency of Thunder-fire moxibustion on MGD dry eye.Methods MGD dry eye patients treated from 2021-12 to December and 2022-10 were randomly divided into three groups:A,B and C with 30 cases in each group.Group A was treated once a week,group B twice a week and group C once a day.The dry eye subjective symptom score,OSDI score,ocular surface clinical sign score and SIT were compared between the three groups after treatment.Results The effective rate of groups A,B and C was 73.3%,86.7%and 96.7%,respectively.After treatment,the subjective symptom score and SIT of group C and group A,group B and group A were all P<0.05.The OSDI scores and clinical signs scores of group C and group A,group C and group B were all compared(P<0.05).Conclusion Three kinds of moxibustion have specific curative effects on MGD type dry eye patients.Moxibustion can be applied twice a week in patients with mild MGD,Still moxibustion once a day is more effective in patients with abnormal morphological changes of the palpebral border,obstruction of the meibomian gland.
