摘要 首先提出了大跨度悬臂拼装钢箱梁斜拉桥线形控制中主梁无应力构形及安装线形理论计算方法。其次以南宁市某双塔钢箱梁斜拉桥为工程背景,通过建立梁段在吊装工况下的局部模型及模拟施工过程的整体模型,得到了该桥各梁段的无应力构形和全桥安装线形。最后提出了考虑温度效应影响的钢箱主梁安装标高的修正公式,为今后类型项目线形控制提供参考。 The theoretical calculation methods of unstressed configuration of the main girder and the installation alignment of the whole bridge in the alignment control of the long-span cantilever assembled steel box girder cable-stayed bridge are put forward.Taking a double-pylon steel box girder cable-stayed bridge in Nanning as the engineering background,the unstressed configuration of each girder and the installation alignment of the whole bridge are obtained by establishing the local model of the girder under the hoisting condition and the overall model simulating the construction process.A modified formula for the installation elevation of the steel box girder considering the temperature effect is proposed,which provides a reference for the alignment control of the similar projects in the future.
