摘要
本文通过高压产品中高压功率管器件为研究对象,通过采用道康宁和国产有机硅橡胶开展真空灌封方式满足了该高压器件的绝缘需求。重点介绍了真空灌封工艺路线的确认以及关键工序控制方式,经过高低温循环试验以及低气压放电试验验证,该灌封技术可以满足该高压器件的绝缘防护要求,为高压产品的研制提供工艺支撑能力。
In this work,the high voltage power tube devices of high voltage products was taken as the research object,and the vacuum potting method was developed by using Dow Corning and domestic silicone rubber to realize the insulation requirements of high voltage devices.The confirmation of the vacuum potting process route and the control mode of the key procedures were emphatically introduced.The potting technology could meet the insulation protection requirement of the high voltage devices and provided process support for the development of high voltage products through high and low temperature cycle test and low pressure discharge test.
