复合材料弯曲性能试验技术研究

摘要 全面对比分析了国内外关于弯曲性能试验标准的主要异同点,在针对不同试样进行标准选择时,应考虑复杂试验环境及特殊情况从而选择合适的标准。根据弯曲强度和弯曲模量的公式推导,为三点弯曲试验的性能参数计算提供理论依据。对横梁位移数据进行修正后和光栅尺测量的挠度数据具有很好的一致性,结果具有一定的参考价值。使用不同量程的力传感器进行试验时,通过信号处理后载荷数据基本一致,结果表明力传感器的量程对试验结果影响较小。 A comprehensive comparative analysis was conducted on the main similarities and differences between domestic and foreign standards for bending performance testing.when selecting standards for different specimens,complex test environments and special circumstances should be considered to select appropriate standards.Derive the formulas for bending strength and bending modulus,providing a theoretical basis for the calculation of performance parameters in three-point bending tests.The crosshead displacement data of the crossbeam has good consistency with the deflection data measured by the grating ruler,and the results have certain reference value.When using force sensors with different ranges for testing,the load data after signal processing is basically consistent,and the results indicate that the range of force sensor has little impact on the test results.
