摘要
学校体育是体育强国建设的基础性工程,对教育强国建设、健康中国建设和实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦具有重要意义。进入新时代以来,虽然学校体育取得了长足发展,但在学校体育一系列改革的深入推进过程中,还存在一些需要解决的问题和亟待突破的困境:体教融合协同发展问题、体育中考中的问题、“双减”后的学校体育问题、体育与健康课程标准实施中的问题、学校体育中健康教育的问题。基于国家相关政策、法规和学校实际,要进一步推动学校体育发展,就要完善制度体制,促进体教融合协同发展;科学谋划,提升体育中考的科学性;立足实际,抓住“双减”政策带来的发展机遇;完善相关条件,促进体育与健康课程标准的有效实施;转变观念、提升实力、加强评价,提高健康教育质量。
Even though there has been great progress made in school physical education since the new era,there still remain problems that are needed to address in the process of deepening the reform of school physical education.Five existing problems are raised in this article:the problems in the synthetical development of sports and physical education,the problems in the physical education examination for high school admission,the problems in physical education after the“double reduction”policy,the problems in the implementation of physical and health education curriculum standards,and the problems in health education in school physical education.Based on contemporary policies,regulations and the reality of physical education,in order to further promote the development of school physical education,it is necessary to improve the system to promote the integration of physical education and synergistic development;to enhance the scientific nature of the physical education examination with scientific plan;to seize the opportunity for development brought about by the policy of“double-reduction”based on the actual situation;to promote the effective implementation of the standards of the physical education and health curriculum by improving the relevant conditions;and to change the concepts,enhance the strengths,and strengthen the evaluation,so as to improve the quality of health education.
