中医特色疗法治疗不完全性肠梗阻的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine characteristic therapy in the treatment of incomplete intestinal obstruction

目的采用Meta分析系统评价中医特色疗法治疗不完全性肠梗阻(IIO)的临床疗效。方法计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(中国知网)、中文科技期刊数据库(维普)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase数据库关于中医特色疗法治疗IIO的随机对照试验,筛选符合纳入标准的文献并收集相关数据,用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果治疗组治疗总有效率[RR=1.19,95%CI(1.14,1.25),P<0.00001]高于对照组,腹痛缓解时间[SMD=−2.92,95%CI(−4.77,−1.06),P=0.002]、腹胀缓解时间[SMD=−2.89,95%CI(−4.50,−1.28),P=0.0004]、首次排气时间[SMD=−1.38,95%CI(−1.81,−0.96),P<0.00001]、首次排便时间[SMD=−2.44,95%CI(−3.32,−1.56),P<0.00001]均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医特色疗法能有效改善IIO患者的临床症状。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)characteristic therapy in the treatment of incomplete intestinal obstruction(IIO)by Meta analysis.Methods Randomized controlled trials on the treatment of IIO with TCM characteristic therapy were searched by computer from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),China Academic Journal Database(Wanfang),China Biology Medicine(CBM),PubMed,Cochrane Library,and The Embase,literatures meeting the inclusion criteria were screened and relevant data were collected,Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Results The total effective rate(RR=1.19,95%CI[1.14,1.25],P<0.00001)in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the bdominal pain relief time(SMD=−2.92,95%CI[−4.77,−1.06],P=0.002),abdominal distension relief time(SMD=−2.89,95%CI[−4.50,−1.28],P=0.0004),first exhaust time(SMD=−1.38,95%CI[−1.81,−0.96],P<0.00001),first defecation time(SMD=−2.44,95%CI[−3.32,−1.56],P<0.00001)in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM characteristic therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with IIO.
