布拉氏酵母菌散联合蒙脱石散治疗感染性腹泻对患儿症状缓解时间及免疫球蛋白水平的影响

Effect of Bioflor powder combined with montmorillonite powder on symptom remission time and immunoglobulin level of children with infectious diarrhea

目的探讨布拉氏酵母菌散联合蒙脱石散治疗感染性腹泻对患儿症状缓解时间及免疫球蛋白水平的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2021年2月本院收治的150例感染性腹泻患儿作为研究对象,按照随机摸球法分为A组与B组,各75例。B组给予蒙脱石散治疗,A组在B组基础上联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗,比较两组症状缓解时间、免疫球蛋白水平及炎症因子水平。结果A组腹痛、腹泻、腹胀、呕吐、发热改善时间均短于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IgA、IgG、IgM水平均高于治疗前,且A组高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均低于对照组,且A组低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布拉氏酵母菌散联合蒙脱石散治疗感染性腹泻患儿效果显著,能明显缩短患儿症状缓解时间,改善其免疫球蛋白和炎症因子水平,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Bioflor powder combined with montmorillonite powder on symptom remission time and immunoglobulin level of children with infectious diarrhea.Methods A total of 150 children with infectious diarrhea admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the group A and the group B according to random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.Group B was treated with montmorillonite powder,group A was treated with Bioflor powder on the basis of group B,and the symptom remission time,immunoglobulin levels and inflammatory factors levels of the two groups were compared.Results The improvement time of abdominal pain,diarrhea,abdominal distension,vomiting,and fever in the group A were significantly shorter than those in the group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgA,IgG,and IgM of the two groups were significantly higher than those bdfore treatment,and the group A was higher than those in the group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,the group A was lower than those in the group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Bioflor powder and montmorillonite powder in the treatment of children with infectious diarrhea is effective,can significantly shorten the time of symptom relief,improve the levels of immunoglobulin and inflammatory factors,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
