双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效

Clinical effect of bifid-triple viable capsules dissolving at intestines in the treatment of pediatric diarrhea

目的探究双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月于本院治疗的182例腹泻患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为参照组与治疗组,各91例。参照组口服蒙脱石散治疗,治疗组在参照组基础上联合口服双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗临床症状恢复情况、胃肠道屏障功能及血锌和肠道菌群水平。结果治疗组大便次数及大便形状恢复正常时间均短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组日均大便次数比较差异无统计学意义;治疗7、14 d后,两组日均大便次数均少于治疗前,且治疗组少于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组D-乳酸、二胺氧化酶(DAO)及血清内毒素比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组D-乳酸、DAO及血清内毒素水平均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血锌、双歧杆菌及乳酸菌水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,治疗组血锌、双歧杆菌及乳酸菌水平均高于治疗前,且治疗组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗小儿腹泻效果显著,可缩短患儿症状恢复时间,提高肠道屏障功能,上调血锌水平,维持肠道菌群平衡,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of bifid-triple viable capsules dissolving at intestines in the treatment of diarrhea in children.Methods A total of 182 children with diarrhea treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the reference group and the treatment group by random number table method,with 91 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with oral montmorillonite powder,and the treatment group was treated with oral bifid triple viable capsules dissolving at intestines on the basis of the reference group,the recovery of clinical symptoms,gastrointestinal barrier function,blood zinc and intestinal flora levels were compared between the two groups.Results The frequency of stool and the recovery time of stool shape in the treatment group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in average daily frequency of stool between the two groups;after 7 and 14 d of treatment,the average daily frequency of stool of the two groups was lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in D-lactic acid,diamine oxidase(DAO)and serum endotoxin between the two groups;after treatment,the levels of D-lactic acid,DAO and serum endotoxin of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood zinc,bifidobacterium and lactobacillus levels between the two groups;after treatment,the levels of blood zinc,bifidobacterium and lactobacillus in the treatment group were higher than before treatment,and the treatment group were higher than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bifid triple viable capsules dissolving at intestines has remarkable effect in the treatment of children with diarrhea,which can shorten the recovery time of symptoms,improve intestinal barrier function,up-regulate blood zinc level,and maintain the balance of intestinal flora,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
