体外冲击波治疗腰椎间盘突出症红外热成像的临床观察

摘要 目的探讨冲击波治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2018年9月本院收治的72例LDH患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,每组36例。对照组采用常规针刺方法,治疗组采用冲击波疗法,比较两组腰部温度、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组腰部温度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗总有效率为97.22%,对照组为83.33%,两组比较差异无统计学意义。结论冲击波疗法可改善LDH患者腰部血液循环,降低患者腰部疼痛程度,提高临床治愈率,明显改善患者症状与体征,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of infrared thermography in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by extracorporeal shock wave.Methods A total of 72 LDH patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine acupuncture,while the treatment group was treated with shock wave therapy,the waist temperature,visual analogue score(VAS)score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the waist temperature in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was 97.22%,the control group was 83.33%,there was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion Shock wave therapy can improve the lumbar blood circulation in patients with LDH,reduce the degree of lumbar pain,increase the clinical cure rate,and significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
