艾滋病患者心理护理研究进展

Research progress on psychological nursing of acquired immune deficiency syndrome patients

艾滋病(AIDS)具有致命性和传播性,罹患艾滋病者其生存质量将受到严重影响,不仅影响患者生理,更会对患者心理造成巨大伤害。患者围治疗期内心会产生自我否定感,进而影响其遵医依从性,不利于患者良性预后。本文以艾滋病患者的心理护理进展为讨论中心,查阅国内外近年来相关文献报道,结合前人观点,总结艾滋病患者的心理护理现状,从典型心理问题表现、心理护理分类、心理护理创新性三方维度作一综述。

Acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)is fatal and transmissible,people suffering from AIDS will have a serious impact on their quality of life,not only affecting their physiology,but also their psychology.Patients may experience a sense of self negation during the perioperative period,which in turn affects their compliance with medical treatment and is not conducive to their pursuit of a benign prognosis.This article focuses on the progress of psychological care for AIDS patients,reviews relevant literature reports at home and abroad in recent years,and combines previous views to summarize the current situation of psychological care for AIDS patients from the three dimensions of typical psychological problems,psychological care classification,and psychological care innovation.
