上尿路结石患者行体外冲击波碎石术治疗的围手术期健康指导及针对性护理分析

Perioperative Health Guidance and Targeted Nursing Analysis for Patients with Upper Urinary Tract Stones Undergoing Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy Treatment

目的探讨对体外冲击波碎石术治疗的上尿路结石患者进行围手术期健康指导以及针对性护理的效果。方法选择2022年6月至2023年5月我院接诊的120例接受体外冲击波碎石术治疗的上尿路结石患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用常规方式护理,观察组采用围手术期健康指导及针对性护理,对比两组护理效果及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者护理后的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体外冲击波碎石术治疗上尿路结石患者的过程中,借助围手术期健康指导及针对性护理的相关方法能有效提升患者的碎石治疗效果,降低患者发生并发症的风险。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of perioperative health guidance and targeted nursing during the nursing process for patients with upper urinary tract stones treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.Methods 120 patients with upper urinary tract stones who underwent extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received perioperative health guidance and targeted nursing care.The nursing effects and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group patients after nursing care was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group after nursing care was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions During the treatment of patients with upper urinary tract stones using extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,health guidance and targeted nursing measures can effectively improve the effectiveness of lithotripsy and reduce the risk of complications for patients.
