精神分裂症的病因和发病机制至今仍不清楚,免疫系统异常是精神分裂症发病的重要假说。本文旨在简要总结精神分裂症与补体系统关系的研究结果,分析补体系统在精神分裂症发病机制中的作用,探讨补体系统标志物在精神分裂症的评估和预后中的意义,为精神分裂症的诊治和预防提供新的思路。

The causes and pathogenesis of schizophrenia are still unclear up to now,abnormalities of immune system an important hypothesis of schizophrenia onset.This paper aims to briefly summarizes the research results of the relationship between schizophrenia and complement system,analyzes the role of the complement system in the pathogenesis of schizophrenia,and explores the significance of complement system markers in the evaluation and prognosis of schizophrenia in order to provides new ideas for the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of schizophrenia.
