综合干预联合认知行为疗法对甲状腺晚期癌症疼痛患者的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Intervention Combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy on Pain Patients with Advanced Thyroid Cancer

目的研讨综合干预联合认知行为疗法对甲状腺晚期癌症疼痛患者的影响。方法选择商丘市第一人民医院2021年5月至2022年8月收治的60例甲状腺晚期癌症疼痛患者,按随机数字表法分成对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组实施综合干预,观察组实施综合干预联合认知行为疗法,比较两组疼痛程度、不良情绪及生活质量。结果两组入院时疼痛数字评分(NRS)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗第2周、第4周、第6周、第8周观察组疼痛程度均低于对照组;治疗后观察组抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于对照组;治疗后观察组症状领域、单项问题、功能领域、总体健康评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合干预联合认知行为疗法用于甲状腺晚期癌症疼痛患者中能减轻其疼痛程度和不良情绪,提高生活质量,值得临床应用。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive intervention combined with cognitive behavioral therapy on pain patients with advanced thyroid cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with advanced thyroid cancer pain admitted to the First People's Hospital of Shangqiu from May 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received comprehensive intervention,and the observation group received comprehensive intervention combined with cognitive behavioral therapy.The pain degree,bad mood and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in pain numerical score(NRS)between the two groups(P>0.05).The pain degree of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at the 2nd,4th,6th and 8th weeks of treatment.After treatment,the self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;After treatment,the symptom field,single problem,functional field and overall health score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive intervention combined with cognitive behavioral therapy can reduce the pain degree and bad mood in patients with advanced thyroid cancer pain,improve the quality of life,and is worthy of clinical application.
