针刺联合中医综合偏瘫肢体康复训练治疗脑梗死后偏瘫的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine comprehensive Hemiplegia Limb Rehabilitation Training for the Treatment of Hemiplegia after cerebral Infarction

目的分析针刺联合中医综合偏瘫肢体康复训练治疗脑梗死后偏瘫的临床效果。方法选取洛阳市中医院涧西院区在2020年1月至2022年7月期间收治的86例脑梗死偏瘫患者作为研究对象,依据区间随机法将其分为对照组、研究组,各纳入43例,两组均接受中医综合偏瘫肢体康复训练,研究组增加针刺干预。比较两组干预前后肢体运动功能评定量表评分(fugl-meyer)、日常生活能力评分(ADL)、躯干控制能力量表评分(Sheikh)及生活质量评分(SF-36)。结果干预前,两组患者的fugl-meyer评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者的fugl-meyer评分较干预前均有明显升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组间ADL评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组间ADL评分较干预前均有明显升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组间Sheikh评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组间Sheikh评分较干预前均有明显升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组SF-36评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组各维度评分均较治疗前明显升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合中医综合偏瘫肢体康复训练可显著改善患者肢体功能、躯干控制能力,同时可提升患者日常生活能力与生活质量,值得应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive hemiplegia limb rehabilitation training on hemiplegia after cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 86 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction admitted to Jianxi District of Luoyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and study group based on interval randomization,with 43 patients included in each group.Both groups received comprehensive rehabilitation training for traditional Chinese medicine hemiplegia limbs,and the study group received additional acupuncture intervention.The limb motor function assessment scale score(fugl-meyer),daily living ability score(ADL),trunk control ability scale score(Sheikh),and quality of life score(SF-36)between the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Result Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the fugl-meyer scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);After intervention,the fugl-meyer scores of both groups of patients were significantly higher than before intervention,and the study group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in ADL scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After intervention,the ADL scores between the two groups were significantly higher than before intervention,and the study group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in Sheikh scores between the two groups(P<0.05);After the intervention,the Sheikh score between the two groups was significantly higher than before the intervention,and the study group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in SF-36 scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After intervention,the scores of each dimension in both groups were significantly higher than before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive hemiplegia limb rehabilitation training can significantly improve patients'limb function,trunk control ability,and enhance their daily life ability and quality of life,which is worthy of application.
