4种方法在牙科手机质量管理中的应用效果比较

Four different methods of reducing the wet pack rates for the dental handpieces

目的比较四种不同方法在牙科手机质量管理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年10月至2023年3月郑州大学第一附属医院口腔科门诊使用的牙科手机总共106件为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分成A组27例、B组27例、C组26例以及D组26例,其中A组手机注油后倒置30 min后包装,B组手机注油后压力气枪吹气10 s后包装,C组手机注油后包装袋中垫上双层吸水纸后包装,D组手机注油后放在干燥柜内干燥5 h后包装,比较四组的油性湿包率、清洁度、功能损耗率和包装灭菌管理质量等指标差异。结果四组的油性湿包率相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),C组和D组的油性湿包率低于A组及B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。四组的清洁度相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),C组和D组的清洁度中0度、Ⅰ度比例高于A组及B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度比例低于A组及B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。四组的功能损耗率相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),C组和D组的功能损耗率低于A组及B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。四组的包装灭菌管理质量优良率相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),C组和D组的包装灭菌管理质量优良率高于A组及B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C组和D组油性湿包率、清洁度、功能损耗率和包装灭菌管理质量等指标相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组和B组油性湿包率、清洁度、功能损耗率和包装灭菌管理质量等指标相比,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论牙科手机注油后在包装袋中垫上双层吸水纸后包装或者放在干燥柜内干燥5 h后包装和压力气枪10 s吹气后包装、倒置30min后包装相比能降低油性湿包率,提升清洁度和包装灭菌管理质量,减少功能损耗发生,其中在包装袋中垫上双侧吸水纸后包装的方法兼具效率和效果,有着更强的可操作性以及适用性,值得临床应用。

Objective To analyze the four different Methods of reducing the wet pack rates for the dental handpieces.Methods 106 dental handpieces(2022.10-2023.3)in our stomatology department were chosen as research subjects.According to random number table,handpieces were divided into group A(n=27,inversion for 30min after oiling),group B(n=27,air gun blowing for 10s after oiling),group C(n=26,double-layer absorbent paper stacks after oiling)and group D(n=26,placed in the drying cupboard for 5h after oiling).The wet pack rates,cleanliness,functional wear rates and packaging sterilization management quality were compared.Results The wet pack rates among four groups were significantly different(P<0.05);the wet pack rates in group C and group D were lower than group A and group B(P<0.05);the cleanliness degrees among four groups were significantly different(P<0.05);grade 0 and grade Ⅰ cleanliness rates in group C and group D were higher than group A and group B(P<0.05);grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ cleanliness rates in group C and group D were lower than group A and group B(P<0.05);the functional wear rates among four groups were significantly different(P<0.05);the functional wear rates in group C and group D were lower than group A and group B(P<0.05);the good packaging sterilization management rates among four groups were significantly different(P<0.05);the good packaging sterilization management rates in group C and group D were higher than group A and group B(P<0.05);there were no significant differences about the wet pack rates,cleanliness,functional wear rates and packaging sterilization management quality between group C and group D(P>0.05);there were no significant differences about the wet pack rates,cleanliness,function wear rates and packaging sterilization management quality between group A and group B(P>0.05).Conclusion The double-layer absorbent paper stacks or the placement in the drying cupboard for 5h can improve the cleanliness and packaging sterilization management quality,reduce the functional wear.In particular,the double-layer absorbent paper stacks are proven to be more practical and feasible.It is worthy of clinical application.
