整体护理在小儿呼吸内科领域的应用及成效

The application and effectiveness of holistic nursing in the field of pediatric respiratory medicine

目的探究在小儿呼吸内科领域中应用整体护理的效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年3月郑州大学附属儿童医院小儿呼吸内科收治的84例患儿作为研究对象,随机数表法分组,对照组(n=42)实施常规护理,观察组(n=42)实施整体护理,分析对比两组患者生活质量、护理服务质量、情绪状态、医护依从性与患儿家属满意度。结果患儿护理后生活质量改善显著,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理服务质量比对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患儿护理后情绪状态改善,且观察组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医护依从性(95.24%)高于对照组(78.57%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家属满意度(92.86%)高于对照组(71.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿呼吸内科领域中应用整体护理效果显著,有助于提升护理服务质量,促进患儿生活质量、情绪状态改善,改善患儿遵医行为,增加患儿家属对护理服务的认可。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of applying holistic nursing in the field of pediatric respiratory medicine.Method 84 children admitted to the pediatric respiratory department of our hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a number table method.The control group(n=42 cases)received routine care,while the observation group(n=42 cases)received holistic care.The quality of life,nursing service,emotional state,medical compliance,and satisfaction with the patient's family were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The quality of life of the patients improved significantly after nursing,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The quality of nursing services in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The emotional state of the patient improved after nursing,and the observation group showed better result(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in data between the two groups in terms of medical compliance(95.24% in the observation group and 78.57% in the control group)(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in data between the two groups of patients'family satisfaction(92.86% in the observation group and 71.43% in the control group)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of holistic nursing in the field of pediatric respiratory medicine has a significant effect,which helps to improve the quality of nursing services,promote the improvement of children's quality of life and emotional state,improve their compliance behavior,and increase the recognition of nursing services by their families.
