Peplau人际关系理论联合“5A”护理模式在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Peplau interpersonal Relationship Theory combined with"5A"Nursing Model in Patients with Breast Cancer

目的探讨Peplau人际关系理论联合5A护理模式在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月河南省中西医结合医院收治的100例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组50例。对照组采取“5A”护理模式,研究组在对照组的基础上另给予基于Peplau人际关系理论的护理。对比两组护理前后焦虑自评量表评分(SAS)、抑郁自评量表评分(SDS),对比两组患者护理前后多维生活质量综合评定问卷评分、护理不良事件。结果研究组护理后SAS评分[(34.04±5.10)分]、SDS评分[(37.12±6.47)分]均低于对照组护理后SAS评分[(42.80±6.14)分]、SDS评分[(45.66±8.11)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后研究组生活质量评分[(321.55±43.01)分]高于对照组[(301.82±44.23)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组总护理不良事件发生率(30.00%)低于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Peplau人际关系理论联合5A护理模式可改善乳腺癌症患者的不良情绪,提高生活质量,降低治疗过程中护理不良事件的发生率,值得临床上应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of Peplau interpersonal relationship theory combined with 5A nursing model in breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with breast cancer admitted to tHenan Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group according to the random number table.The control group adopted"5A"nursing model,while the study group also received additional care based on Peplau's interpersonal relationship theory on the basis of the control group.The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.The scores of Multidimensional Quality of Life Questionnaire and nursing adverse events before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS(34.04±5.10)and SDS(37.12±6.47)scores of the study group after nursing were lower than those of the control group after nursing SAS(42.80±6.14)and SDS(45.66±8.11),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the study group after nursing(321.55±43.01)was higher than that of the control group(301.82±44.23),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the total incidence of nursing adverse events in the study group(30.00%)was lower than that in the control group(70.00%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Peplau interpersonal relationship theory combined with 5A nursing model can improve the bad mood of breast cancer patients,improve the quality of life,and reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events during treatment,which is worthy of clinical application.
