个性化护理在耳鼻喉小儿全身麻醉手术中的应用效果

Application effect of personalized nursing in otorhinolaryngology children's general anesthesia operation

目的对个性化护理在耳鼻喉小儿全身麻醉手术当中的应用效果进行分析与探讨。方法本次研究选取100例郑州大学附属儿童医院收治的耳鼻喉小儿全身麻醉手术患儿,患儿住院时间位于2021年11月至2022年11月。为了能够顺利探讨个性化护理的应用效果,现将100例患儿随机分为每组50名的对照组与观察组两组。对照组与观察组患儿所应用的护理方法分别为常规护理以及个性化护理。随后对两组患儿术后的各项指标、不良情绪以及患儿家属的护理满意度进行调查与对比。结果采取个性化护理的观察组患儿其术后苏醒拔管时间、PAED评分心率、舒张压以及收缩压各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿在治疗过程中所出现的恐惧哭闹、反常行为以及不配合治疗不良情绪发生率低于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对经过耳鼻喉全身麻醉手术治疗的患儿来说,为其提供个性化护理在一定程度上能够有效改善患儿的各项术后指标,缓解患儿所存在的不良情绪,同时能够提高护理满意度。

Objective To analyze and discuss the application effect of personalized nursing in general anesthesia surgery for children with otorhinolaryngology.Methods In this study,100 children with otolaryngology undergoing general anesthesia in Children's Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University were selected,and their hospitalization time was from November 2021 to November 2022.In order to explore the application effect of personalized nursing smoothly,100 children were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 children in each group.The nursing Methods used in the control group and the observation group were routine nursing and personalized nursing respectively.Then,the indexes,bad mood and nursing satisfaction of the children's families in the two groups were investigated and compared.Results The recovery time of extubation,PAED heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of fear,abnormal behavior,crying and uncooperative treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of children's families in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the children who have been treated by general anesthesia of otorhinolaryngology,providing personalized nursing can effectively improve the postoperative indexes of the children,alleviate the negative emotions of the children,and greatly improve the nursing satisfaction,which has great clinical application value.
