“崇德尚能传承创新”深化中医专硕医教协同培养模式的改革实践

Deepening the Reform and Practice of the Medical and Educational Collaborative Training Model of Professional Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine with the Concept of"Advocate Morality and Uphold Ability,Inherit and Innovate"

通过对医教协同培养模式中医专硕存在问题的分析,提出以“崇德尚能传承创新”为目标,从加强思政教育、传承中医经典、强化临床技能和激励科研创新四个方面采取系列改革举措,构建以立德树人为根本任务,以中医思维为核心,以实践能力和科研素养为两翼的高层次中医药临床人才培养体系,从而系统优化医教协同培养模式。

Through the analysis of the problems existing in the medical and educational collaborative training model of professional master for traditional Chinese medicine,it is proposed to take a series of reform measures with the goal of"advocate morality and uphold ability,inherit and innovate",from four aspects:strengthening ideological and political education,inheriting traditional Chinese medicine classics,strengthening clinical skills,and stimulating scientific research innovation.The fundamental task is to cultivate morality and cultivate talents,with traditional Chinese medicine thinking as the core,A high-level traditional Chinese medicine clinical talent training system with practical ability and scientific research literacy as two wings,in order to systematically optimize the collaborative training mode of medical education.
