基于VOSviewer和CiteSpace的中医药治疗肛门瘙痒症的可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Studies about Treatment of Pruritus Ani with Chinese Medicine Based on VOSviewer and CiteSpace

目的分析中医药治疗肛门瘙痒症的发展概况、研究热点,预测其发展趋势,为该领域的未来研究提供参考依据。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普(VIP)、万方(Wanfang)及中国生物医学文献服务系统(CBM)数据库自建库至2022年11月1日收录的中医药治疗肛门瘙痒症的相关文献,利用VOSviewer和CiteSpace软件对作者、机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果共纳入440篇文献,近40余年中医药治疗肛门瘙痒症的发文量总体呈上升趋势,2009—2022年为快速发展阶段;核心作者共有55位,徐利是发文最多的作者,核心作者之间形成了以徐利、陈智耶、陈莹璐为代表的研究团队;广东省中医院是发文最早的机构,成都中医药大学是发文最多的机构;核心期刊共有8种,《中国肛肠病杂志》为发文量最多的核心载文期刊;原发性肛门瘙痒症、顽固性肛门瘙痒症以及术后肛门瘙痒症是该领域重点研究对象,肛门瘙痒症的发病机制、灸法治疗肛门瘙痒症的作用机制、中医辨证论治以及临床疗效是该领域的研究热点。结论中医药治疗肛门瘙痒症领域的研究热点不断扩大,未来需要加强各机构之间的学术交流,开展高质量、大样本的临床研究,明确肛门瘙痒症发病机制,促进该领域的进一步发展。

Objective To analyze the status and research hotspots of Chinese medicine for the treatment of pruri⁃tus ani,predict the trend and provided a reference for the future research in this field.Methods The articles about the treatment of pruritus ani with Chinese medicine were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP,Wanfang Data,and SinoMed with the time interval from inception to November 1,2022.The authors,institutions,and key⁃words were analyzed and visualized by VOSviewer and CiteSpace.Results A total of 440 publications were included,and the number of publications in this field presented an increasing trend in the last 40 years,especially during 2009-2022.Among the 55 core authors,Xu Li was the one with the most publications,and a research team represented by Xu Li,Chen Zhiye,and Chen Yinglu was formed.Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine was the institution with the earli⁃est publication,and Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was the institution with the most publications.A⁃mong the 8 core journals,Chinese Journal of Coloproctology was the one with the most publications.Primary pruritus ani,intractable pruritus ani,and postoperative pruritus ani were the key research topics in this field,and the pathogenesis of pruritus ani,the mechanism of moxibustion in treating pruritus ani,Chinese medicine treatment based on syndrome differen⁃tiation,and clinical efficacy were the hot spots of research in this field.Conclusion The research hotspots of treating pru⁃ritus ani with Chinese medicine are expanding.In the future,research institutions should strengthen academic exchanges to conduct clinical studies with high quality and large sample sizes to clarify the pathogenesis of pruritus ani and promote the further development of this field.
