玉夏胶囊联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗高血压患者的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Yuxia Capsule Combined with Levamlodipine Benzene Sulfonate in the Treatment of Hypertension

目的探究玉夏胶囊联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗高血压病的临床观察。方法选取2021年4月—2022年4月期间芜湖市中医医院高血压中心门诊收治的262例患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组130例和观察组132例。对照组患者口服苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗,观察组在对照组基础上,联合服用玉夏胶囊治疗。治疗8周后,观察比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后血压测定、中医证候积分(其中主症包括眩晕、头如裹、头痛、胸闷;次症包括心悸、失眠、口淡、舌胖苔腻)、肾功能指标[尿素氮(Urea Nitrogen,BUN)、血肌酐(Serum Creatinine,SCr)]、采用化学发光免疫分析法(Chemiluminescence Immunoassay,CLIA)测定血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngiotensinⅡ,AngⅡ)、醛固酮(Aldosterone,ALDO)、血清肾素活性(Plasma Renin Activity,PRA)指标。结果治疗后观察组中医证候疗效总有效率96.97%(128/132)明显高于对照组83.85%(109/132),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者血压均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组血压较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者中医证候积分均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组中医证候积分较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者BUN、SCr指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者AngⅡ、ALDO及PRA指标均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组AngⅡ、ALDO及PRA指标均较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玉夏胶囊联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平可以明显降低高血压患者的血压,能够降低AngⅡ、ALDO、肾素活性,且能有效改善头晕、头如裹、头痛、胸闷及心悸等症状。

Objective To explore the clinical observation of Yuxia Capsule combined with levamlodipine benzene sulfonate in the treatment of hypertension.Methods A total of 262 patients from the Hypertension Center of Wuhu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method:control group(130 cases)and observation group(132 cases).The control group was treated with levamlodipine besylate orally,and the observation group took Yuxia Capsule on the basis of the control group.After treatment of eight weeks,the clinical efficacy,blood pressure before and after treatment,TCM syndrome scores(the main symptoms included vertigo,head congestion,headache,and chest tightness;secondary symptoms included palpitation,in⁃somnia,pale mouth,and fat tongue),and renal function indicators including urea nitrogen(BUN)and serum creatinine(SCr)of the two groups were observed and compared.Chemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA)was used to determine AN⁃GIOTENSINⅡNGAngⅡngIaldosterone(ALDO),and plasma renin activity(PRA).Results After treatment,the total ef⁃fective rate of TCM syndrome in the observation group was 96.97%(128/132)significantly higher than that in the control group(83.85%(109/132),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure of both groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).The blood pressure of the observation group was signifi⁃cantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the urnal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine 2023,Vol.18,No.9 control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in BUN and SCr indexes between the two groups after treat⁃ment(P>0.05).After treatment,AngⅡnger t,and PRA in the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).Ang5,ALDO,and PRA in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Con⁃clusion The combination of Yuxia Capsule and levamlodipine besylate can significantly lower blood pressure in hyperten⁃sive patients,reduce Ang II,ALDO,and renin activity,and effectively improve symptoms such as dizziness,head conges⁃tion,headache,chest tightness,and palpitations.
