摘要 铁死亡与自噬均为细胞发生调节性死亡的重要形式,近年来的研究表明铁死亡的发生、发展与细胞自噬相关,受到多种信号通路调控。该文阐述了自噬相关信号通路磷脂酰肌醇3激酶/蛋白激酶/哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(PI3K/Akt/mTOR)信号通路、AMP依赖的蛋白激酶(AMPK)信号通路、核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)信号通路与铁死亡的关系,以及铁死亡与自噬在恶性肿瘤、心血管疾病等不同疾病中的研究进展,旨在探究铁死亡中自噬信号通路的作用及其对疾病的影响。 Ferroptosis and autophagy are both important forms of regulatory cell death occurrence.Recent studies have shown that the occurrence and development of ferroptosis are related with cell autophagy and regulated by a variety of signal pathways.This paper reviews the relationship between the autophagy related signal pathway PI3K/Akt/mTOR signal pathway,AMPK signal pathway and Nrf2 signal pathway with ferroptosis,as well as the research progress of ferroptosis and autophagy in different diseases such as malignant tumors and cardiovascular disease,in order to explore the role of autophagy signal pathway in ferroptosis and its effect on diseases.
