羊水栓塞的中医病证考略

Textual Research on Amniotic Fluid Embolism in Traditional Chinese Medicine

通过查阅检索古代中医医籍和现代临床文献,对羊水栓塞中医病名及病因病机进行归纳总结,认为可能为现代羊水栓塞的古代病名有:血上抢心、血冲心、败血冲心、恶血冲心、恶血奔心、败血攻心、败血冲肺等。古代医家认为羊水栓塞的病因多为气血暴脱,或外邪乘虚侵袭,或情志过极,气机逆乱;多以固脱、理血论治。

By reviewing the ancient Chinese medical books and modern clinical medical publications,we summa⁃rized the names,etiology,and pathogenesis of amniotic fluid embolism in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The ancient TCM names of amniotic fluid embolism included Xueshang Qiangxin,Xuechongxin,Baixue Chongxin,E′xue Chongxin,E′xue Benxin,Baixue Gongxin,and Baixue Gongfei,which generally refer to lochiostasis surging the heart or lung.Ancient doctors believed that the disease was usually caused by sudden relapse of qi and blood,invasion of external pathogen in the case of internal deficiency,extreme emotions,or counterflow of qi movement.They held the treatment principle of relieving collapse and regulating blood flow.
