年轻勃起功能障碍患者与心血管疾病危险因素的相关性分析

Correlation analysis between cardiovascular disease risk factors and young patients with erectile dysfunction

目的 探讨血生化指标中心血管疾病(CVD)的危险因素与年轻(20~40岁)勃起功能障碍(ED)患者之间的关系。方法 选取2019年10月至2020年2月中日友好医院收治的85例20~40岁ED患者作为研究对象,设为ED组。另选取同期340例20~40岁勃起功能正常男性作为对照组。检测两组的血生化指标,包括血糖(BG)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、尿酸(UA)、肌酐(CR)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)。采用二元Logistic回归分析血生化指标与ED的相关性。结果 ED组年龄小于对照组(P<0.01)。两组TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、AST比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。ED组的BG、Hcy、ALT、UA、CR高于对照组(P<0.01)。BG、UA是年轻ED的相关因素(OR=1.796、1.008)。灵敏度为70.6%,特异度为62.1%。结论 在年轻男性人群中,ED患者的BG、UA、CR、Hcy、ALT高于正常人群,BG、UA升高是年轻ED的相关因素。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the risk factors of cardiovascular disease(CVD)and young patients with erectile dysfunction(ED)by testing biochemical markers.Methods From October 2019 to February 2020,a total of 85 ED patients aged 20 to 40 years who were admitted to China-Japan Friendship Hospital were selected as study objects and enrolled as ED group.Another 340 male individuals with normal erectile function aged 20 to 40 years from same period were selected as control group.All participants were tested for biochemical markers,including blood glucose(BG),homocysteine(Hcy),uric acid(UA),creatinine(CR),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDLC).Binary Logistic regression analysis was used to identify the correlation between blood biochemical indicators and ED.Results The age of ED group was lower than that of control group(P<0.01)There were no significant differences in TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,AST between ED group and control group(P>0.05).The values of BG,Hcy,ALT,UA and CR in ED group were higher than those in control group(P<0.01).BG and UA were related factors for young ED(OR=1.796,1.008).The sensitivity and specificity were 70.6%and 62.1%,respectively.Conclusions In young men,the values of BG,UA,CR,Hcy and ALT in ED patients were higher than those in normal people.Elevated BG and UA were associated with young men with ED.
