血清糖类抗原153、125与子宫内膜癌患者病理特征及1年预后的关系

The relationship between serum carbohydrate antigens 153,125 and pathological characteristics and 1-year prognosis of endometrial cancer patients

目的 分析血清糖类抗原153(CA153)、糖类抗原125(CA125)与子宫内膜癌患者病理特征及1年预后的关系。方法 回顾性分析2017年7月至2022年7月温州市人民医院收治的90例子宫内膜癌患者的临床资料,纳入子宫内膜癌组,并选取同期80例子宫内膜良性病变患者作为良性病变组。比较两组患者的血清CA153、CA125水平,并分析其与临床病理特征及1年预后的关系。结果 子宫内膜癌组的CA153、CA125水平显著高于良性病变组,且与临床分期、有无淋巴结转移、分化情况、有无肌层浸润有显著相关性(P<0.05)。1年内,子宫内膜癌患者病死率为8.89%,存活率为91.11%。血清CA153、CA125水平对患者存活率无显著影响(P>0.05)。结论 子宫内膜癌患者的血清CA153、CA125水平显著高于良性病变患者,且这两种标志物在疾病的发生、发展及预后中起到了一定的作用,可为临床提供参考,辅助子宫内膜癌的诊断与治疗。

Objective Analyze the relationship between serum carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153)and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)with pathological characteristics and 1-year prognosis of endometrial cancer patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 90 patients with endometrial cancer admitted to Wenzhou People's Hospital from July 2017 to July 2022.They were included in the endometrial cancer group,and 80 patients with benign endometrial lesions during the same period were selected as the benign lesion group.Compare the serum levels of CA153 and CA125 between two groups of patients,and analyze their relationship with clinical pathological features and 1-year prognosis.Results The levels of CA153 and CA125 in the endometrial cancer group were significantly higher than those in the benign lesion group,and there was a significant correlation with clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,differentiation,and myometrial infiltration(P<0.05).Within 1 year,the mortality rate of endometrial cancer patients was 8.89%,and the survival rate was 91.11%.The serum levels of CA153 and CA125 had no significant impact on patient survival rate(P>0.05).Conclusions The serum levels of CA153 and CA125 in patients with endometrial cancer were significantly higher than those in patients with benign lesions.These two biomarkers play a certain role in the occurrence,development,and prognosis of diseases,providing clinical reference and assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of endometrial cancer.
