基于“脑-心-肾-精室”轴探讨针刺治疗男科疾病的思路

Discussion on the ideas of acupuncture treatment of male diseases based on the "brain-heart-kidney-essential chamber" axis

从经络腧穴角度对“脑-心-肾-精室”轴进行解读,该轴理论是以督脉为纽带形成经络相连,气街四海理论补充其循行经络的横向联系,根结标本理论补充其循行经络的纵向联系。归纳出“脑心同调,重在调神”“整体与局部并重”的针灸治疗原则,基于该轴理论,梳理针刺治疗男科常见病穴组、针刺操作手法等,以期在轴理论框架下,为针灸临床提供更好的指导建议。

This paper interpreted the axis theory of"brain-heart-kidney-essential chamber"axis from the angle of meridians and acupoints.In this axis theory,at first,meridians and collaterals connection is formed by taking the Du meridian as the link.Then the Qijie and Sihai theory complements transverse link of meridians.Finally,Genjie and Biaoben theory further complements its longitudinal link of meridians and collaterals.The acupuncture and moxibustion treatment principles of"the same tone of brain and heart focuses on the tone of mind"and"place equal emphasis on the whole and the local"are summarized.Based on the axis theory,the acupuncture and moxibustion acupoint selection and acupuncture operation techniques for common diseases in andrology are sorted out,so as to guide the clinical practice of acupuncture and moxibustion better under the framework of axis theory.
