摘要
淋病奈瑟球菌是淋病的病原体,目前,对所有用于治疗该疾病的抗生素,例如青霉素、头孢类、环丙沙星及阿奇霉素的耐药性相继出现,给淋病的治疗带来挑战。淋病奈瑟球菌利用高亲和力金属获取系统,从环境中获取铁作为必要的营养物质,其生长和复制的成功依赖铁的获取,并优先在低铁条件下表达。随着头孢曲松耐药性的出现,开发安全和有效的淋病奈瑟球菌疫苗至关重要。转铁蛋白、脂寡糖、菌毛蛋白、奈瑟菌表面蛋白A和外膜囊泡是目前淋病奈瑟球菌疫苗制备研究的热点。这些潜在的候选疫苗值得注意的是转铁蛋白结合蛋白A和转铁蛋白结合蛋白B。本文系统综述了铁环境对淋病奈瑟球菌的致病力及疫苗开发相关研究进展。
Neisseria gonorrhoeae is the causative agent of gonorrhoea.At present,resistance to all antibiotics used to treat the disease,such as penicillin,cephalosporins,ciprofloxacin and azithromycin,has emerged,posing a challenge to the treatment of gonorrhoea.Neisseria gonorrhoeae uses a high affinity metal acquisition system to obtain iron from the environment as an essential nutrient,and its growth and replication success depends on iron acquisition and is preferentially expressed under low iron conditions.With the emergence of ceftriaxone resistance,the development of a safe and effective vaccine against gonorrhoea is critical.Transferrin,lipooligosaccharides,mycobacterial hair proteins,Neisseria surface protein A and outer membrane vesicles,are currently the hot topics of research in gonococcal vaccine preparation.Notable among these potential vaccine candidates are transferrin binding protein A and transferrin binding protein B.This paper provides a systematic review of the iron environment on the pathogenicity of gonococci and related researches with progress in vaccine development.
