摘要
在许多发展中国家,宫颈癌是女性癌症相关发病和死亡的主要原因。本文阐明了微小RNA(miRNA)在上皮-间充质转化(EMT)中的作用机制,并发现miRNA通过调控EMT在宫颈癌的转移侵袭和肿瘤耐药中发挥重要作用。miR-92a-3p、miR-21、miR-138等可以直接靶向EMT促进宫颈癌转移侵袭;miR-98-5p、miR-204-5p、miR-340等可以通过抑制EMT来抑制宫颈癌转移侵袭;miR-101-3p、miR-106b、miR-4677-3p等可通过内源性竞争机制影响EMT进而影响宫颈癌发生和进展。在宫颈癌肿瘤耐药性中,miR-25-3p可通过靶向Sema4C,将EMT逆转为间质表型上皮样转化,增强宫颈癌耐药细胞对顺铂的敏感性。靶向miRNA可能是一种新型治疗宫颈癌的方法。
In many developing countries,cervical cancer is often the leading cause of cancer⁃related morbidity and mortality.This paper elucidate the mechanism of microRNA(miRNA)in epithelial⁃mesenchymal transition(EMT),and find that miRNA play an important role in metastatic invasion and tumor resistance in cervical cancer by regulating EMT.MiR⁃92a⁃3p,miR⁃21,miR⁃138 and others can directly target EMT to promote cervical cancer metastasis;miR⁃98⁃5p,miR⁃204⁃5p,miR⁃340 and others can inhibit EMT to inhibit cervical cancer metastases.MiR⁃101⁃3p,miR⁃106b,miR⁃4677⁃3p and others can affect EMT through endogenous competition mechanisms and thus affect the occurrence and progression of cervical cancer.Among cervical cancer tumor resistance,miR⁃25⁃3p can reverse EMT to mesenchymal phenotype epithelioid transformation by targeting Sema4C,enhancing the sensitivity of cervical cancer resistant cells to cisplatin.Targeting miRNA could be a novel treatment for cervical cancer.
