基于“因郁致病”和“因病致郁”探讨阳痿共病抑郁焦虑的机制和治疗

阳痿是男科常见性功能障碍疾病之一。近年来,男科阳痿患者合并抑郁焦虑发生率逐年升高,影响了家庭与社会的和谐稳定。本文通过探讨“因郁致病”和“因病致郁”两方面的原因,初步分析了阳痿合并抑郁、焦虑的中医病因病机,并从现代医学角度分析了两者共同的生理病理学机制,提出了防郁致病与防病致郁的原则,探索了阳痿合并抑郁焦虑的临床治疗,如疏肝理气、和血解郁、清肝泄火等治法,为临床对阳痿合并抑郁焦虑的诊治提供了初步理论依据。

Impotence is one of the common sexual dysfunction diseases in andrology.In recent years,the incidence of depression and anxiety in male impotence patients is increasing year by year,affecting the harmony and stability of the family and society.By discussing the causes of"disease caused by depression"and"depression caused by disease",this paper preliminarily analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of impotence complicated with depression and anxiety,and analyzes their common physiological and pathological mechanism from the point of view of modern medicine.This paper puts forward the principles of preventing depression causing disease and preventing disease causing depression,and explores the clinical treatment of impotence complicated with depression and anxiety,such as soothing the liver and relieving qi,mixing blood and relieving depression,and clearing the liver and relieving fire,etc.It provides a preliminary theoretical basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of impotence complicated with depression and anxiety.
