中医药干预多囊卵巢综合征的研究进展

Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in polycystic ovary syndrome

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是发生在女性育龄期的生殖内分泌疾病,发病机制复杂。西医治疗以改善临床症状为主。中医药治疗PCOS历史悠久,可从炎症反应、肠道菌群、维生素D缺乏、胰岛素抵抗、线粒体功能、雄激素过高、糖脂代谢异常等方面治疗PCOS,具有多效应、多靶点、副作用小、临床疗效好的优势。本文对中医病机认识、中医内治法及中医外治法干预PCOS的研究进展进行综述,以期为临床提供理论依据。

Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a reproductive endocrine disease occurring in the female reproductive period,and the pathogenesis is complex.Western medicine treatment is mainly to improve clinical symptoms.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a long history of treating PCOS.It can treat PCOS from the aspects of inflammatory reaction,intestinal flora,vitamin D deficiency,insulin resistance,mitochondrial function,hyperandrogen and abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism,etc.It has the advantages of multiple effects,multiple targets,small side effects and good clinical efficacy.In this paper,the understanding of TCM pathogenesis,TCM internal treatment and TCM external treatment of PCOS intervention research progress were reviewed,in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical.
