基于数据挖掘中药治疗子宫内膜息肉的口服用药规律研究

Study on rule of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of endometrial polyps based on data mining

目的探讨子宫内膜息肉(EP)患者在经宫颈EP切除术(TCRP)后口服中药的用药规律,为中医药治疗EP提供更多的治疗思路及方案。方法对中国知网、万方数据库和维普数据库从建库至2022年4月1日的文献进行筛选,采用SPSS Statistics 23.0及SPSS Modeler 18.0对数据进行描述性分析、系统聚类分析和关联规则分析。结果最终筛选文献39篇,共获取中药处方41个,涉及中药109味;药物总使用频次达465次,将使用频次>5的中药视为高频药,共有27味,单味药使用频率最高的是当归;功效以补虚、活血化瘀药为主,药味以平、温性为主,药性以甘、苦、辛性为主,归经多以肝经、脾经、心经和肾经为主。高频药物关联规则分析后共得到87条关联规则,将高支持度由高到低排序得出排名前15位的关联规则,聚类分析后发现7组聚类药物组合。结论现代中医药治疗EP以活血化瘀调经、消癥散结补虚为主,佐以疏肝理气。用药配伍间存在较为固定的规律,可为临床治疗EP提供更多的治疗思路及方案。

Objective To explore the rule of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with transcervical resection of polyps,so as to provide more therapeutic ideas and schemes for the treatment of endometrial polyps with Chinese herbal medicine.Methods The literatures of CNKI,Wanfang and VIP from the establishment of the database to April 1,2022 were screened,and the data were analyzed by SPSS Statistics 23.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0,including descriptive analysis,systematic clustering analysis and association rule analysis.Results A total of 39 articles were screened,and 41 prescriptions were obtained,involving 109 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.The total frequency of drug use was 465 times.The Chinese medicine with frequency of use>5 was regarded as high⁃frequency drug,with a total of 27 kinds,the highest frequency of single drug use is Angelica sinensis,the efficacy of drugs to deficiency,blood stasis mainly,the taste of drugs to flat,warm⁃based,drug⁃based to sweet,bitter,acrid drugs.The meridian tropism mainly consists of the liver meridian,the spleen meridian,the heart meridian and the kidney meridian.A total of 87 association rules were obtained by high⁃frequency drug association rules analysis,and the top 15 association rules were obtained by ranking high support from high to low.Conclusions Modern Chinese medicine treatment of endometrial polyps to promote blood stasis regulating menstruation,Xiaozheng Sanjie Buxu⁃based,assisted by soothing the liver and regulating Qi.There is a relatively fixed law between the compatibility of drugs,which can provide more therapeutic ideas and schemes for the clinical treatment of EP.
