Class Ⅱ biosafety cabinet is a typical negative pressure filtering and ventilating cabinet,which relies on the partial barrier system formed by airflow,and can prevent the influence of biological aerosols.Among its measurement parameters,airflow velocity is an important performance index.This paper assesses the uncertainty of airflow velocity in combination with the actual measurement test to provide users with more reliable measurement reference index.
