Objective To explore the establishment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage model by 3D printing technology and its application value in neuroendoscopic surgery training. Methods From September 2022 to June 2023,12 neurosurgical residents or postgraduates as study subjects from the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College were selected. The model of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage was established by 3D printing technology, and the simulation training of neuroendoscopic surgery was carried out, repeated 10 times. The success rate of hematoma puncture, hematoma clearance per unit time and hematoma clearance rate of 12 subjects were compared between the first practice and the last practice. Results The success rate of hematoma puncture was 33.33%(4/12)in the first practice, which was lower than 100.00%(12/12)in the last practice, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hematoma clearance per unit time and hematoma clearance rate of the 12 subjects in the first practice were lower than those in the last practice, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage model by 3D printing technology and the training of neuroendoscopic surgery are helpful for neurosurgeons to master the operation skills of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage under neuroendoscopy.
