智媒时代地方高校应用型新媒体人才培养模式的创新与思考——以鞍山师范学院网络与新媒体专业为例

摘要 基于数字媒体产业需求,鞍山师范学院、凤凰教育开启校企合作协同育人项目,采用2+2的人才培养模式,构建厚基础、重实践的金字塔式课程体系,积极开展理论与现场结合的教学模式,探索实战性、创新性实践为主线的实践育人体系,打造双师双能型教师队伍,成功推动了网络与新媒体专业向应用型的转变。在合作的5年间,走出了一条具有专业特色的人才培养之路,但也暴露出不少问题。针对地方高校校企合作协同育人过程中存在的普遍性问题,亟待建立一套适应时代发展的可持续的校企合作机制。 Based on the demand of digital media industry,the school-enterprise cooperation collaborative edu-cation program of Anshan Normal University and Phoenix Education adopts 2+2 talent cultivation mode,builds a pyramid curriculum system with thick foundation and heavy practice,actively carries out the teaching mode of combining theory and field,explores the practical education system with the main line of combat and innovative practice,creates a dual-teacher and dual-capable teaching team,and successfully promotes the specialty to the transformation of the application-oriented specialty.During the five years of cooperation,we have come out with a road of talent cultivation with professional characteristics.However,many problems have been exposed in the process of cooperation.For example,students’knowledge structure is single;the maintenance and updating of experimental equipment is difficult,which restricts the depth of the process of collaborative education.This is a common problem in the cooperative education of local colleges and universities,and there is an urgent need to establish a set of sustainable school-enterprise cooperation mechanism that adapts to the development of the times.
