泽兰中柚皮甙的提取与分析

摘要 采用超声波法提取泽兰中柚皮甙,通过对提取条件进行单因素实验和正交实验,确认最佳提取条件为:料液比1∶40,超声温度30℃,提取时间10 min,超声次数4次.采用光谱法分析泽兰中柚皮甙,柚皮甙浓度与吸光度关系的回归方程为A=0.02649C+0.03357,相关系数r=0.9999,柚皮甙浓度在5.8000~34.8000μg·mL^(-1)范围内呈线性关系,方法的精密度(相对标准偏差)为0.078,回收率为101.84%~107.68%.实验测得泽兰样品中柚皮甙的平均含量为44.24 mg·g^(-1). The content of naringin in Zeeland was extracted by ultrasonic method,the extraction conditions of naringin were determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The optimal extraction condi-tions were as follows:solid-liquid ratio of 1∶40,extraction time of 10 min,ultrasonic temperature of 30℃and ultrasonic frequency of 4 times.The regression equation of the relationship between naringin concentration and absorbance was as follows:A=0.02649C+0.03357,correlation coefficient r=0.9999,the concentration of naringin showed a linear relationship in the range of 5.8000~34.8000μg·mL^(-1).The precision(relative standard deviation)of the method was 0.078,and the recoveries were 101.84%~107.68%.The average content of naringin in the sample was 44.24 mg·g^(-1).
