高低温环境对碳纤维增强塑料剪切性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过对T800碳纤维增强塑料在-50℃~200℃范围内不同温度下纵横剪切性能和短梁层间剪切性能的测试,得到了碳纤维增强塑料纵横剪切强度和短梁层间剪切强度随温度的变化规律,研究分析了不同温度对碳纤维增强塑料纵横剪切强度和短梁层间剪切强度的影响。结果表明:与碳纤维增强塑料在23℃时纵横剪切强度和短梁层间剪切强度相比,纵横剪切强度和短梁层间剪切强度在-40℃和-50℃时显著提高、在70℃时几乎不变、在120℃、150℃和200℃时显著降低;在-50℃~200℃范围内碳纤维增强塑料的纵横剪切强度和短梁层间剪切强度随着温度的升高均整体呈现下降趋势。 The longitudinal and transverse shear strength and short beam interlaminar shear strength of T800 carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP)were tested at different temperatures ranging from-50℃to 200℃,and the variation of longitudinal and transverse shear strength and short beam interlaminar shear strength of CFRP with temperature was learnt.The influence of different temperatures on the shear properties of CFRP was studied and analyzed.The results show that compared with the longitudinal and transverse shear strength and short beam interlaminar shear strength of CFRP at 23℃,the longitudinal and transverse shear strength and short beam interlaminar shear strength are significantly increased at-40℃and-50℃,almost unchanged at 70℃,and significantly decreased at 120℃,150℃and 200℃.On the whole,the longitudinal and transverse shear strength and short beam interlaminar shear strength of CFRP decrease with the increase of temperature in the range of-50℃to 200℃.
