为了提高船载危险货物安全监管工作成效,对北疆海事局在船载危险货物谎报瞒报协作共治工作的具体做法和成效进行了介绍,提出了继续强化源头治理、全生命周期监管和科技赋能等几点海事工作思考。

To enhance the effectiveness of the safety control over the carriage of dangerous cargoes by ships,this paper introduces the specific practices and achievements of Beijiang MSA in the coordination and co-governance for the control over false declaration and concealment of dangerous cargoes carried by ships.Furthermore,it puts forward suggestions on enhancing source governance,life-cycle supervision and technology energizing.
