Study on Maritime Administrative Orders in the Maritime Traffic Safety Law

通过分析海事行政命令的概念、特征,对《海上交通安全法》的海事行政命令进行了梳理,并提出海事行政命令在行使过程中的注意事项。

Through analyzing the concept and characteristics of maritime administrative order,this paper conducts a review on the maritime administrative order of Maritime Traffic Safety Law,and puts forward the matters to be attended to in the exercise of maritime administrative order.
