摘要
探讨藏缅语族族群的肌肉特征,采用生物电阻抗分析法调查了藏缅语族17个族群共计14579例(男性6438例,女性8141例)成人的总肌肉量等6项肌肉量指标,对数据进行统计分析,并与其他族群比较.结果表明:①多元分析显示,在藏缅语族17个族群中,藏族的肌肉量较大;独龙族和拉祜族的肌肉量较小;景颇族、哈尼族和基诺族的肌肉量中等偏小.上肢肌肉量是反映各族群肌肉特征的最主要指标.②藏缅语族族群男性各项肌肉量大于女性.随着年龄的增长,藏缅语族族群的总肌肉量和躯干肌肉量减少.③藏缅语族族群6项肌肉量指标均与纬度、海拔呈正相关,与年平均气温呈负相关.④与其他族群比较,藏缅语族族群的肌肉水平处于中等偏上.藏缅语族族群的肌肉特征更接近于南方族群.
In order to investigate the muscle characteristics of Tibetan-Burman ethnic group,the bioelectrical impedance analy-sis method was used to measure six muscle indexes including total muscle mass of 14579 adults(6438 males,8141 females)from 17 Tibetan-Burman ethnic groups,the data was statistically analyzed and compared with other ethnic groups.The results were as follows:①Multivariate analysis showed that,among the 17 Tibetan-Burman ethnic groups,the Tibetan had larger mus-cle mass;the Drung and Lahu had smaller muscle mass;the Jingpo,Hani and Jino had moderately small muscle mass.The muscle mass of upper limbs was the most important indicator reflecting the muscle characteristics of various ethnic groups.②The muscle mass of males in Tibetan-Burman ethnic group was larger than that of females.The total muscle mass and trunk muscle mass of Tibetan-Burman adults decreased with age.③The six muscle indexes were all significantly positively correlated with latitude and altitude,and significantly negatively correlated with the annual average temperature.④Compared with other ethnic groups,Tibetan-Burman ethnic group had a moderately high muscle level.The muscle characteristics of Tibetan-Burman ethnic group were closer to those of southern ethnic groups.
