摘要
汽车轮毂是汽车车身的重要组成部件,其轻量化设计对降低整车质量、提高行驶平顺性具有重要作用。文章重点研究汽车轮毂的轻量化设计,主要包括轮毂轻量化的设计方案、轻量化设计的步骤和方法及轻量化设计的评价方法等,从而优化轮毂结构。轮毂结构优化后,不仅可以减轻车轮的质量,而且保持了车轮的高强度和高可靠性。
Car wheels hubs are an important component of the car body,and their lightweight design plays an important role in reducing the overall weight of the vehicle and improving driving smoothness.This article studies the lightweight design of automotive wheel hubs,mainly including the design scheme of wheel hub lightweight,the steps and methods of lightweight design,and the evaluation methods of lightweight design.Optimize the structure of the wheel hub through a lightweight plan,steps,and methods.After optimization,not only does it reduce the weight of the wheels,making them lighter,but it also maintains the high strength and reliability of the wheels.
